ELTECHMACH has developed the industrial-scale technology (TU.U 27.4-20113410.002-2001 Standard) for production of MeCrAlY-type ally ingots used for protective coating deposition. Our company produces ingots of the diameter from 60 to150 mm and 200 to 500 mm long.

Ceramic cylinders of zirconium dioxide stabilized with yttrium oxide, are used for electron-beam depositing of ceramic protective layer on turbine blades and other aircraft and space industry metalware. ELTECHMACH has developed and implemented an industrial-scale technology for production of high-density ceramic cylinders with uniform stabilizer distribution over the volume (TU U 13.2-20113410-004-2003 Standard).
